Anonymous asked: What do you eat on a day to day basis? I'm starting my weightloss journey and have lost 5 pounds but am really struggling with food.
It varies! Some days I “clean eat”, sometimes I eat paleo. My breakfast can range from eggs, bacon and avocado to greek yogurt with fruit and nuts. My lunches and dinners are usually the same things- I like to mix meat with some sort of vegetables and healthy carbs like brown rice, sweet potato, squash, etc. I love love cooking! I’m not picky with my meat- I can’t do boneless skinless chicken breast forever. I did that during my weight loss journey and got sick of it. So a good example meal for me is like a grilled pork chop with zucchini and spinach with a side of sweet potato :) I also love chicken thighs and I love making different burgers!
